Welcome to the Ponics.Ai Data Tracker app by AquaSprouts Inc. By using our app, you agree to the following terms. If you are using this App on behalf of a school or district, you agree to these terms on behalf of that institution.

1. Use of the App

You may use the app for personal, educational, or classroom use to track and analyze aquaponic water data. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, or input malicious data.

2. Accounts & Educational Use

Registration:

Users must provide accurate information.

School Use:

If you are a teacher or school administrator ("Educational Institution"), you represent that you have the authority to consent to these Terms on behalf of your students. You are responsible for managing student access and ensuring that student use complies with your district's policies.

Security:

You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure. Teachers must ensure students do not share passwords.

3. AI Features & Disclaimer (Crucial)

The AI chat and analysis tools are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

Accuracy:

Artificial Intelligence can make mistakes ("hallucinations"). You should verify any critical advice regarding water chemistry or livestock health with qualified professionals or standard scientific literature.

No Reliance:

AquaSprouts Inc. is not responsible for the loss of aquatic life (fish), plants, or equipment damage resulting from actions taken based on AI recommendations.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software code are the property of AquaSprouts Inc. You may not duplicate, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app without written permission. Data input by users (e.g., water parameters) remains the property of the user, but you grant us a license to use that data to improve the AI models.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AquaSprouts Inc. is not liable for:

• Losses arising from inaccurate data, AI errors, or operational failures.
• The health or mortality of any biological components (plants/fish) in your systems.
• App downtime or data loss.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms. For Educational Institutions, we will provide notice prior to termination of student accounts where possible, to allow for data retrieval.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance. For material changes regarding student data, we will notify the primary account holder (Teacher/Admin).
